For the last few weeks Iâve been posting surveys on Facebook, with an article as the basis for the survey.
So for example, on Smallbiztechnology.com we had an article about web browsers for small businesses.
I then went on Facebook and posted a survey asking my Facebook audience (thatâs you), what YOUR favorite browser for business was. These received received thousands of views and thousands of votes, as I recall.
Whatâs the lesson learned
Instead of using Facebook to try to SELL use Facebook to get insight from your customers or at the very least to simply engage them and interact with them about something related to what you do.
